RETURN OF GOODS

In terms of the ECT Act returning items, needs to be done within 7 days after delivery, for any reason, returned by the consumer at their own cost. This is to be done through the info@joborkett.co.za, detailing the invoice product information, collection address and reason for return. A full refund will be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods, as long as the goods arrive in their original condition.

UNWANTED PRODUCTS

You can return an unwanted product to us, provided:

  1.  it is undamaged and not used.
  2.  you contact us within 7 days of delivery to you.

PLEASE NOTE: that you can return a products within 7 days for a refund, thereafter, you will receive a WEBSITE voucher.

FAULTY ITEMS

  1.  Should any Items purchased on our website have faults, we must be informed within 7 days, these Items, if unaltered, may be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  2.  A condition of fault must be submitted with photographic proof of the quality issue before we will approve the refund.
  3.  We will arrange to collect the item/items at no charge. Once we have inspected the items, we will either repair/ replace or credit your account.
  4.  A replacement item will/can be sent within 2 (two) weeks of the purchase date, subject to producing proof of your purchase (invoice).
  5. An exchange can be done at one of our alone stores (Rosebank Mall or Sandton City), providing an invoice.

OUR RETURN/ REFUND PROCESS 

Please be advised that refunds are only done within the first seven days, after delivery of the parcel, as per the ECT act 2002. Thereafter, you will receive a voucher that can only we used on our website.

  1. Email us on info@joborkett.co.za
    1. In this email you need to specify:
      • Why you are returning the product.
      • Whether you would like to exchange or receive a refund.
        • If it is for a refund, please provide your banking details.
    2. The package needs to be couriered back to our head office, by the consumer at their own cost. Once we have received it we will evaluate it.Address: Lanseria Corporate Estate, 622 Unit 60, Amelia Lane, Pelindaba Road (R512), Lanseria 1736
    3. Once evaluated we will do a refund, if the items are still in its original form.

Please note that this process can take up to 14 working days.
