In Store Sales Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The merchandise is in unused condition.
  • The original swing tag is attached to the item.
  • A valid cash sales docket or invoice is presented.
  • The item is non-discounted.

Discounted goods are not valid for card refunds, but a store credit will be passed if returned within 14 days of purchase.
Garments must be returned to store of purchase.

 

Discounted Goods for Card Refunds - Outlet Store

Discounted items are eligible for card refunds if purchased at an outlet store only. These items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Store Credit for Returns within 8-30 Days: If an item is returned within 8 to 30 days of purchase and meets the specified conditions, a store credit will be issued.

 

Credit Notes

All issued credit notes are eligible for redemption for a duration of three years from the date of their issuance, unless duration is otherwise stated in writing by Jo Borkett Fashions PTY Ltd.

 

Return Location

Garments must be returned to the store where the purchase was made.

 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Damaged or faulty items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a cash refund. You will be requested to email all relevant purchase details and photographs to digital@joborkett.co.za for processing. Alternatively email digital@joborkett.co.za to process the return via email.

American Express card payments

Purchases paid for on American Express cards can not be refunded via a card machine refund, a manual refund will be requested via our Accounts department and can take up to 3 working days to process.
