We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000.
For orders under R999 we charge a rate of R100 for main centres
and R140 for outlying areas.
We currently do not offer international shipping - please contact us to make arrangements if there is an item you would like to have shipped outside South Africa.
We use UAfrica as our shipping partner of choice, UAfrica makes use of major courier services and compares rates to offer us the most competitive prices. They manage the process as a third party supplier.
You will receive email updates from them as your item leaves our warehouse.
Most couriers have a 48 hour delivery to any of the main Cities in SA. Outlying areas should look at about 72 hours after your parcel leaves HQ.
Once you receive your courier email - your item is ON ITS WAY.
Please allow reasonable times for delivery.
We will send off your parcel within 3 working days of receival of your order.
REFUNDS + RETURNS
We accept returns for store credit, exchange or card refunds if the return is requested within 30 days of date of purchase, providing that the merchandise is:
- returned with its original swing tag attached
For online returns:
- The item must have been sold on our online store,
- The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- Items can be returned in store, only to Sandton City or Rosebank, or a return request can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All returns via courier must be booked by JO BORKETT and a return fee will be charged against your refund amount in the case of a refund.
All items will be inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defected, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself. To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the instructions below, but we will arrange to collect from you with our couriers.
Once we have inspected the damaged item, we will refund you or arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item because it is out of stock, we will
offer you a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
- Regrettably we cannot offer returns on international orders as South African Customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country, and it becomes unjustifiably costly.
Discounted goods cannot be returned for card or cash refunds.
A store credit will be issued on if goods are returned within 14 days of purchase date.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
- Email us at email@example.com to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief description detailing why.
We will arrange for collection.
If the original tags and bags are not included with the return we will deduct a small fee from your refund amount.
On receipt of your return in good order, we will get in touch to discuss your available options. In the case of a full refund, we’ll request your bank details as Payfast keeps these confidential. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process.
A courier charge will be deducted on returns and exchanges in order to cover the courier charge incurred by us. This charge will be equal to our shipping charge.
If you have ordered an item in the wrong size/colour/print, we will gladly exchange it for you depending on stock availability.
Please follow the same procedure above, indicating that you would like an exchange or store credit and not a cash refund.
Once we receive your returned item in original packaging and condition, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.
A courier charge will be issued on exchanges in order to cover the courier charge incurred by us. This charge will be equal to our shipping charge and a PayFast link will be sent to you to make payment before goods are dispatched.
PROMOTION AND DISCOUNT CODES
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given on purchases made with a discount code or offer (including all Black Friday sale items).
No refunds or store credit will be given on sale items, however we will allow for exchanges if sizing is the issue, and this will depend on stock availability.
