Online Delivery and Returns

Local South African Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over R1000.

  • For orders under R999 we charge a rate of R100 for main centres and R140 for outlying areas.

  • We use UAfrica as our shipping partner of choice, UAfrica makes use of major courier services and compares rates to offer us the most competitive prices. They manage the process as a third party supplier.  You will receive email updates from them as your item leaves our warehouse. 
  • We will send off your parcel within 3 working days of receival of your order.

  • Most couriers have a 48 hour delivery to any of the main Cities in SA.

  • Outlying areas should look at about 72 hours after your parcel leaves HQ.

  • Once you receive your courier email -
    your item is ON ITS WAY. Please allow reasonable times for delivery.

  • We accept returns for store credit, exchange or card refunds if the return is requested within 30 days of date of purchase, providing that the merchandise is: unused and returned with its original swing tag attached. The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods. 

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.

  • To action a return via courier, please email us at Online@joborkett.co.za to arrange. All returns via courier must be booked by JO BORKETT and a return fee will be charged against your refund amount in the case of a refund.

  • To return Online purchases in store please email Online@joborkett.co.za to assist with the return process.

  • Stores which can accept online returns and exchanges are Jo Borkett - Sandton City, Rosebank mall and Access Park.

  • Refunds will not be processed in store put through the online payment portal.

  • All items will be inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.  
  • We accept exchanges if the request is received within 30 days of date of purchase, providing that the merchandise is: unused and returned with its original swing tag attached.

  • To exchange Online purchases in store please email Online@joborkett.co.za to assist with the exchance process.

  • Stores which can accept online exchanges are Jo Borkett - Sandton City, Rosebank mall and Access Park.
  • In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defected, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself. To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the instructions below, but we will arrange to collect from you with our couriers.

  • Once we have inspected the damaged item, we will refund you or arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item because it is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

 

  • No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given on purchases made with a discount code or offer (including all Black Friday sale items).

  • No refunds will be given on sale items, however we will allow for exchanges if sizing is the issue, and this will depend on stock availability. This request has to be received within 10 days of purchase.

  • If store credit is passed on return of a Sale Items the credit will be equal to the last selling price of the item on our system. This request has to be received within 10 days of purchase.

International Shipping

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination. We do make use of DHL Express and estimated delivery times will be communicated via their tracking platform.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and other unforeseen delays.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items. Please email us to verify your return before processing it.
